SR-10J

Economical, space saving and extraordinarily productive, the SR-10J possesses C-axis control and multifunction capabilities. Designed for small parts with its high-speed feed, and full overlapping capability. Close cutting position to the guide bush provides enhanced accuracy for small parts machining.

SR-20J

The SR-20J provides superior cost capability performance – whether you choose the Swiss Type C or Non-Guide Bush Type N. The original design achieves maximum rigidity and flexibility, as well as enhanced tooling to capitalize on basic and advanced machining applications.

SR-20JN

SR-20J type N – the short turning version of the SR-20J. Conventional lathe operations benefit from proven star* advantages. Production costs for short-turned parts are further reduced through operation without a guide bush, short cut-offs and even shorter set-up times.

SR-20RIV

STAR's newest model, STAR SR-20RIV is equipped with complex machining functions adaptable to multiple industries. The 27-positioned tool station can accomodate a maximum of 41 tools to allow a variety of tooling layouts. The eight-axis unit with a Y-axis control function allows various kinds of complex machining on the rear side. The machine reduces the time required for program processing.

SR-32J

Power with maximum rigidity and high output drives are engaged for large diameter components with this new generation design. With a high rapid feed rate of 24m/min and a power-driven tool capability for the sub-spindle, complex machining productivity is further enhanced with a remarkably shorter process time.

SR-32JN

The SR-32J Type N, Non-Guide-Bush Type, is especially designed for complex machining of short work pieces.  The reduction of remnant material length can dramatically change the production costs of large-diameter workpieces because such costs are easily affected by material costs.

SR-38 Type B

SR-38 is a highly functional model, which employs a machine composition including a balance-cut mechanism, two cartridge positions, angle adjustable power-driven tool unit, eight-spindle back working unit, etc., for advanced complex machining.

Simultaneous machining such as turning, etc. by opposed twin turret tool post reduces the machining time drastically. Overlap machining of front and rear end by back working turret tool post for shorter machining time.

The ST-38, with its triple turret design, enables greater capability for machining components for the Medical, Automotive, and Aviation industries. This machine's capability is ideally suited for extra large parts (38mm diameter) with high speed and universal control. The simultaneous machining achieved by opposed twin turret design tool post dramatically reduces the machining time and independent machining. With two front side turrets and one rear side turret each with 10 stations each - reduces the cycle time yet further. The ST-38 is equipped with the Star Motion Control System enabling higher accuracy and easier operability.

The latest addition to SV-series takes the SV-20 to even greater levels for the manufacture of complex mill turn components.

With such functions as the B-axis control, Y-axis control for backworking and STAR Motion Control, the ability to produce prismatic and complex components can be achieved.

The new SV-38R includes the possibilities of sliding and fixed head-stock machining. It continues the line of the proven SV-32 machine.

The machine distinguishes itself by a turning diameter of up to 38 mm.

With 8 back-working stations the machine has more flexibility in overlapping machining.

Besides the low spare requirements, SW-12RII stands for the universal use as a swiss-type and regular lathe.
The machine features high spindle speed at main- and sub-spindle, as well as completely independent backworking with three 3 tool systems.
The STAR Motion Control System drastically reduces idle time.

Simultaneous machining (turning + drilling, etc.) by opposing plattens lead to shortened machining time. Front and back are independently controlled, which also greatly reduce machining time.
